JOB TITLE:Ultrasonographer (Full-Time)
DUTIES:Reporting to the Director, Diagnostic Services; the Ultrasonographer will organize and perform Abd/Gyn and small part examinations; maintain and document high quality images; practice good patient care. The incumbent will be responsible for various technical aspects in the operation, calibration and testing of equipment.

Current registration with the Canadian Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (CSDMS)
-
Current registration with the Canadian Association of Registered Diagnostic Ultrasonographer Professionals (CARDUP)
-
Current registration with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
-
Certified in abdomen/pelvis and obstetrical
-
Strong organizational skills
-
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Good interpersonal skills necessary to deal with patients and other staff

Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, and to maintain accurate and appropriate documentation

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer with knowledge of Microsoft Office

Demonstrated regular/punctual attendance

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position

Advanced level in both official languages (oral and written in English; oral in French).
SALARY:$28.43 - $39.26 per hour
